Interlude Three

Quari looked about the decimation, for it seems that it was a failed ambush. From what she could tell, the two forces here did not meet up in time and were decimated in turn. She picked up the head of Wersa and looked at it. He seemed to be smiling a bit. “Worthless creature,” she muttered as she tossed it over her shoulder. Quari continued on and in the lava tube she found more bodies piled in a bloody mess down in a pit.

“Ahh, Gyuar,” she mentioned when she found the infernal medusa. “Now her I can use.” She snapped her fingers and several of the bodies slowly twitched to life. In little time she had the body up. It would take some time, but Gyuar would do what she wanted as she began her ritual.
